NEW WEBSITE LAUNCHED
You've probably noticed that Newfoundland's West Coast Con has a new website! We are excited about what this offers to our organization and how it greatly improves our visibility within the community.
After being approached by a local business owner and web developer just prior to the 2010 convention in October we decided it was a little too busy with convention organization and logistics to go through the development of this new site. However, just a few weeks after the convention, Carson Smith met with the developer - Mr. Barry Wheeler - and over a Tim's coffee and a handshake, the deal was done to develop what you are now looking at.
Barry graciously volunteered his time, expertise and web hosting services free of charge to give us what we feel is a first class website.
The new website allows us to post videos, pictures and updates much easier and incorporates a full management system giving us complete control over everything you see. Yes, we are excited!
